Best Spark Plugs for N/A

Here is how NGK says to gap Iridium plugs
https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&p...NmNkNTQwMjc1OQ
I gap/check all the plugs that go into any of my toys.
I went with a one step colder plug for my stock '06(NGK Iridium with a Platinum tip on the ground electrode) so the gap won't change in 100k miles.

The word "Best" is a nebulous term.No one truly knows what is best, but most of us DO know what is the best we have personally used.
I run NGK V-Power copper plugs in ALL my cars.Very good, approx $2 ea and yes they don't last as long, but since they are good, cheap and it's only a 30 min change job,I change mine every 15-20k.
My 03S likes the NGK BKR7E.

Just making sure here- The S2000 uses the bkr7e (4644), correct? Are all "v-power" NGK plugs copper or are there different versions? I just bought a 4 pack from a local parts store for $11.57 out the door. Its a silver and grey two toned box that says V-POWER but it doesn't say copper anywhere on it. Im sure its the same but I just want to make sure that sounds right with the people who have used them.
