If you are starting from scratch with a largely airbound system, bleed order matters.

In the case of a fluid replacement (no air introduced) the order does not matter.

Question: Does the fluid replacement, lets say no air present, replace fluid in the ABS and VSA components?

Interesting thread, and something I would like to do this Spring. Seems that blue fluid is no longer legal/produced. Is this correct?

The blue colour was an obvious advantage for knowing when all old fluid was flushed. Is it as obvious with regular gold colour fluid if existing stuff still looks good? Any hints would be much appreciated, assuming there are no longer coloured options..

Cheers, Mike

Thanks, I am unsure of some of the cars I'll be doing soon so will do conventional order.

No more color for a while. Maybe can do a very small amount of colored hydraulic fluid into the brake fluid to add color?

Just use clean and clear fluid, when it starts to yellow then you know you need to flush it again.
