Default Bilstein PSS

I think i posted this topic a while back but until now no one seems to understand why the problem is still there...anyways, for some reason, my passenger side is lower by 10mm compare to passenger side. I was wondering that if i adjust the threaded part of the coilover on the driver side to compensate the ride height for passenger side, Does it affect anything at all as far as suspension and all that? The car will be perfect if i adjust the threaded part on driver side but the threaded part will not be even on both sides while the car is perfectly even. Pls give me as much feedback as possible. Thanks in advance
