I flashed it today.. However.. I don't see any leaks.

Any ideas why it was low?

Is it something Honda is suppose to top off on a normal tune up?

it is FLUSH.

it gets dirty and causes leaks, that's why it was low.

If it is leaking, it will most likely be by the pedal, where the plunger goes into the clutch master cylinder (CMC).

Take a look at the second picture of this article:

Though this article is written for a Integra, the procedure to change a CMC in a S2000 is nearly identical.
