Default Blown engine- replacment options

I have bent some valves do to a bad over rev. I have lost compression in 2 cylinders. I dont know how much it will cost to get it fixed. But I was wondering what options I have. I was looking at aj-racing and saw they have a J's racing SPL F20c 2.0L. I was wondering what that engine is all about. I was thinking if im just gonna do a staright engine sway I would probably do an f22c. Would the f22c see the same benifits with an 01 tranny or would it hurt me? I know I'm missing alot, I dont know if I should rebuild or what. Basically I just want to know what my options are and what would you do in my situation. Would an nissan sr20 swap work (hehe)? I'm only 18 and will have to save for a few months for this and money is going to be holding back, I figure I want to spend around 5-6g's at the most and hoping I can do something around the $3k range. What would you do?

Get one of the engines involved in the train wreck, if they're still available. Then, replace the 2.0 with the 2.2. Billman and Hardtopguy have done this already.

PM hondamanwill. He's in Stockton but, will do the rebuild probably way cheaper than anyone in the bay. I think he was doing Asura's. It seems like this would be the cheapest route.

If you want an F22C swap, you can get one here: F22C 04-05 (S2000) Motor, Tranny, ECU for $4,200.

Oh yeah, you should be able to sell your F20C tranny if you do the swap from the link I listed. If you get $1,000 for that, and maybe sell some other parts, you won't be out nearly as much money as you anticipated.

I hope the pic in the link is not what is for sale as it appears to be an F20C.

Hondamanwill would have repaired my block if it was not so far gone.
I would recommend him to anyone.

I was kind of wondering where they'd get used F22Cs... Either way, they do have a good reputation and even if they only have the F20C, it might be a good deal.
