Bonnet is not aligned!

Bonnet is not aligned!
Hey guys!
Was wondering if anyone out here as any hints/tips/advice for making the bonnet aligned with the frontbar and front quater panels?
Because I had a carbon fibre bonnet on before, and I just got my OEM bonnet put back on today, but when I got home, I wanted to make sure it was perfect, and unfortunately, it wasn't. The front part of the bonnet where that latch is, is sticking up a few mm, and one side of the bonnet is higher than the other... it looks like as if my car had a front end accident!
Is there a way to get it aligned??
