Comptech's site says:

Cooler housing designed with popular blow-off valve bolt pattern on by-pass valve outlet, for those who want to run higher than standard boost levels.

It sounds like you could just bolt on a BOV, but I've never heard of anyone doing so. Typically they have to cut and weld to install a BOV.....What are they talking about?

maybe the point is use the original BOV to release the boost when coming off the throttle, and an aftermarket one to vent the boost when it gets to a certain point to allow a smaller pulley to get more boost at low-mid range, without going over safe levels and blowing up the motor... not really a bling-bling thing.

we have talked about doing this type of thing before, i just went and ordered the A/C for my comptech at Fall Colors, when it gets here and i get it in place, using a second BOV/wastegate would let me finally get some use out of the 3.875 pulley sitting in the garage.

I have zero bling bling mods on my car. Everything is functional to the point of being inconvenient (wife refuses to go anywhere in my car anymore). However, I must say that I have a weakness when it comes to the sound of a BOV. What are my options???

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, thats hilarious. I would love to see their sales figures on that. If you make it, idiots will buy. I wonder if Bubb Rubb endorses that product.

I had Vortech switch mine from a BOV to a BPV.
I did it for religous reasons and a deep belief in bearings
