So you measured the thickness of the rotor between high spots and found the thickness to stay the same, but just wavy? Or you didn't put a micrometer to the rotor at all and started grinding and found each surface to be wavy, not flat?

Maybe you need to read the links I attached. I have a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and I've worked most of my life as an Automotive Materials Engineer. It's going to take more than a random post to convince me otherwise.
There are 2 things most common, both caused from the brakes getting too hot. The warped rotors I am talking about the thickness of the rotors does not change. The rotor gets wavy. I put the rotor on the the machine to re-surface it and I can watch the bit take metal off of the high spots. Not pad, but metal. As a metallurgical engineer, you should know that when cast iron cools, it is under some internal stress. When it gets hot enough, it has a tendancy to relieve the stress. Better casting methods can limit this problem so it is more likely to happen on cheaper vehicles. It is not common on racing parts.
The second issue I've seen often would cause it to mic different around the circumferance. That is rotor flaking. Once again, the rotors get to hot and the surface will start to flake. Sometimes small flakes that hardly effect driving, sometimes they are quite large. I attribute this to poor materials and I usually only saw this in cheaper aftermarket replacement rotors.

Apparently you aren't reading the links. And since you haven't put a micrometer to the rotor and insist on passing on misinformation, I'll spell it out for you.

When pad material deposits on the rotor nonuniformly, it causes the rotors to slip on the pad deposit, and wear the exposed cast iron surface. Over time, this results in the exposed sections getting thinner and the bedded surfaces staying thick. So when you maching the surface, it will appear that the surface is warped.

I'm not saying that a rotor can't warp, but the overwhelming majority of brake chatter cases are not caused by warped rotors. Besides - with a floating caliper a warped rotor wouldn't be as apt to cause brake chatter.

I've been having a lot of brake vibration ( not a wobble associated with a warped rotor) after replacing the front pads. It only happens when you slightly touch the brake pedal and feel the pad come into contact with the rotor. It got progressively worse and i purchased a new set of rotors + new pads for the front. I put them on and the noise was gone for a while and now its back, but not nearly as bad.

Still an audible vibration noise that seems to happen after they heat up. The only thing left to replace is the caliper but i wasn't experiencing this problem with my stock front pads and previous rotors...

Any ideas what could have spawned this? i've done full brake swaps and never experienced this.

Thanks in advance!
Are you sure your problem is on the front and not on the rear? If it's only sensed with light pedal pressure, then it can be hard to tell sometimes. Just a suggestion anyway.
