Brakes feel different after change/upgrade

i also heard that it is a common characteristic of the super blue to make the brake feel a bit softer than oem honda fluid.
I've never noticed a diference between brake fluid in terms of pedal feel. I've used OEM, Valvoline SynPower, ATE Super Blue and ATE Gold (the same as Super Blue, but without the blue dye).
After I bleed my brakes, and I've done that a lot, the pedal never feels less stiff than before. I agree with Mike, bleed them again and see if that helps. I does sound like you used the correct method.

There are slight differences in viscosity, several brake fluids give numbers to compare, but I can't feel a difference personally.
Any additional travel is air, but as usual mike is right, pad feel can be significantly different and make it seem odd. The multipumps to stiffness is classic.

Just wanted to throw this in there. When bleeding brakes you want to start the furthest from the master cylinder and work your way up. This will ensure all the air bubbles are out of the lines. So in this case, go in this order, RR, LR, RF, LF.
