Default Break squeak?

In the morning, when the car is cold, my front breaks "squeak"... it appears then when I drive for more than 5 miles, it stops.

what can I do to stop this? inspect/replace pads/rotors? help with that would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

My brakes also do this, though usually only the first 2 or 3 stops. If you want, you can get some anti-squeel and take the pads out, spray it on the backing plates, then put the pads back in. No guarantee but that should help if it really bothers you.

How much is left on the pads? Maybe they only need some grease between the shims and the pads.
