Default Broken Clutch

Hi guys, I've owned a white S2000 for a while now, but I am very noobie to this forum. I apologize in advance if I post in the wrong category.
I don't know much about cars so I'm seeking for S2000 pro advice. Thanks

So right now my S2k is sitting in my parking lot unable to drive. Here are the reasons:

1. I can't shift my gears. Whenever I try to shift the gears are stuck. I can't shift it into any gear 1-6 or even reverse.
2. My clutch feels very weird. I feels like spring broke or is loose. Whenever I push my clutch all the way in, it does not have the tension that it use to. The clutch no longer eases back after I let it go, it SNAPS back.
3. The first 2 issues above occur only when I turn on my car engine. However, if the car is off, I can shift gear any way I like with or without clutching in.
4. Finally, the car is able to shift when I start it in first gear, and as of now it seems to be ok when starting in first gear.
5. Before all of this started happen, my clutch would literally choke in a middle of a drive. I would come to a stop and the gear box would not shift.. If feels hard as a rock whenever I want to shift it.

Please help me out if you can guys. I'm already planning to have a mechanic come to my house to take a look at it, but it'd be great if its something small and I might be able to fix it myself. Thanks so much

It might be as simple as a leaking CMC. I'd start there.
