I know this is a long shot...... when I am shifting from 2 to 3 to 4th in the rpm range of 3000-4500 i here a high pitch buzzing noise on the passenger side of the car. I have checked all the nuts bolts and screws on the body exhaust changed the front brake pads etc..... cannot seem to locate the source. It is driving me crazy. any advice or similar experience

Check the heat shield around the headers?
