Metal sound

Everytime i let the clutch go slowly i hear a metal to metal slippage. Is it time for a new clutch or is it the master cylender?

Likely not the master cylinder. How many miles are on the clutch/car?

clutch has about 3 years and 22k miles. my car has 152k.

It happens to me and it was the axles nuts
Also i replace the axles after I broke the left one
