cable latch broke

cable latch broke

My cable came off the latch to pop the hood and now i can't pop my hood. I've tried everythin but can't get it to pop. Does anyone kno how to get it to pop?

Undo your plastic under protective gear, and unhook it manually, then get a new one? Sorry to hear man.

i've tried that and cant seem to get it unpopped, i can get to the latch i dont kno how to pop it i've poked at everything,,lol

Have someone else with an S2000 open their hood and observe what needs to happen when the cable is pulled from inside the vehicle.
