hey guys/girls...

Just wondering for those who have a comptech icebox in their s2k's if anyone has a snorkel style pipe or anything similar that would feed cold air directly to the intake? I noticed with such intakes as the j's racing there is a snorkel from the front bar feedin in cold air directly to the intake. There is a hole where the actual box sits which i think could fit a pipe running from the front bar, but there appears to be alot of wiring and other crap in the way.

 

I've made a ram air setup for my buddy with a Comptech airbox. I used a black funnel and attatched it with zip ties and electical tape to a shop vac hose and routed it around the radiator right into the airbox. The filter got a big dirty spot quick so you know it works good. It's all black and stealthy so you can't even see it from the front.
