It sounds like you'll need to do more research what is required to pass the emmisions check.

 

I have a code reader, you just drive the car normally until all the systems say they are ready, then go get the inspection.

If it does use the O2 sensor to determine if the pump is running then this project is dead in the water.

When I get home Ill look at my Helms Manual to verfiy that vtec'nit is right.
