Default can the headlights be adjusted horizontally?

I recently had my front bumper replaced due to an accident. I know noticed that my headlights have two notched patterns where as they used to only have one. I figure I need to adjust them horizontally in order to get the notches aligned again however cannot see any adjustment screws. I can clearly see the vertical adjustment screws, but nothing for horizontal changes.

Does anyone know where to find them?

Have a look at my thread that has some good advice from Col on finding the horizontal allignment screws on page 2

I was initially convinced my lights were misalligned but it seems everyone elses are the same.

RHD cars by the way but the advice should hold true....
