Default Can I use right side ABS sensor on the left side?

Hi! As the topic says, I think I have damaged my left rear ABS sensor (the wire got pulled a bit by accident). The ABS light is now on, and the ABS doesn't work. Can i buy a used sensor from the right rear and use this on my left rear wheel?

Electrically, it would work. But the brackets are different.

Ok. But do you know if it is possible to switch over the brackets from the one I have? Or are they a part of the wire if you know what I mean?

As far as I remember the brackets are moulded (?) onto the wire.

There is no diference between the L/R sensors.
I'm not sure about the connectors.

Could the wire be cut, and then "spliced"(?) or join the new sensor to the old wire(s)? Sorry for my poor English.. Hope you understand what I mean.

No. the resistance of the splice will interfere with the operations of the sensor. it is very low voltage. Just look for a used one in the FS forum.
