Default car is f'd up

the other day i was on a drive with some other s2k's when my car started acting very weird. it didnt matter whether i was into the throttle hard or not. my car would just feel like it would lose ignition and/or all power. if i would let off the throttle for a split second then get back in it, it would drive ok. it did that for most of the day. oil and gas levels are fine. it is not throwing a C E L. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

you have slack on your throttle body?

....reminds me of the time the alternator wouldn't charge on my accord....

MAP sensor - try tapping it and unplugging and replugging it.

Sounds like a MAP sensor problem to me too.
