big aluminum isn't the right wording. I mean just a regular aluminualum radiator that operates like a factory radiator.

One thing to consider — even with an OEM radiator and no thermostat, the engine may still run too cold (which is bad for early-morning starts). Maybe, check that thermostat first.

After reading your guys responses. My course of action is first check/replace thermostat, figure out why fans are always running, then if I'm still having issues go back to oem parts like god intended

Good luck! I hope the thermostat solves the problems. A whole lot cheaper than new fans and a radiator.

Take it you have bleed the radiator via inlet manifold bleed nipples also best to raise front of car
