Default Car is running very rough

I've been having problems with the car running rough for sometime now, its hesistating/stuttering as you press the accelerator. It does not do this when you rev high but only normal driving. TPS codes were showing so I bought a used Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)...It ran even worse and the reading off the TPS were like 6 and 64 and they should be 3 and 90 if i'm not mestaken...Well I bought a used throttle body thinking maybe the throttle body was bad that came with both TPS and MAF sensors and the problem continues no difference just the numbers i'm getting off the TPS have improved a little and went up from 60ish when open to 84/87....Mow I'm stumped and would like any input on what else it maybe the code remains the same stating its the TPS sensor but could I possibly have bought 2 broken sensors...

Rest your ecu, make sure you have radio code handy. Also check out your spark plugs.

Also could be your idle control valve. I believe you can google how to clean it.

I've reset the ECU when the problem first arose and the first time I replaced the tps...once reset the car runs fine for a day or two then its back to the stuttering/hesitation....

I just searched for any leaky vacuum lines none found but the codes remain the same even after I reset the codes: P0122 (throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" Lo...)
P0410 (Secondary Air InjectionSystem Malfunction)
