I don't think its physically possible to "stretch" a car just by accelerating can you? If you accelerate hard then you would just roll forward. Anyways, if you suspect its your subframe or diff bushings, why not just check them out. Or like other people said just go to the dealership since you should have warranty.

Actually, relativity tells us as an object's velocity increases, it does stretch relative to an observer.
