Unless the price difference between the CEL fixed versions and the non-CEL fixed versions is less than $10 then its not worth spending the extra money. You can make your own CEL fix for around 5-10 bucks. I had the Invidia test pipe, the non-CEL fix version, and did my own CEL fox with the Autozone spark plug defoulers. It worked great and never had a CEL. I sold it to get a high flow cat to be STR legal in Autocross.
I would say buy the least expensive one of the ones you listed, and the smaller diameter size to mate up with the stock exhaust better, and do your own CEL fix.

In essence, a TP is a TP and they should all be similar. Differences will be in the quality, but with the brands you listed that shouldn't be an issue. The spark plug anti fouler trick works but you have to make sure you have the tools to drill out one of them to get the O2 sensor to fit. Otherwise, it might be worth the cost of getting a TP with CEL fix. I did, having gotten the Invidia 70mm with CEL fix and even then I had to add one spark plug anti fouler to the CEL fix adapter to get it to work right. See if you can find one used from a member in your area - that would be your best price and you will have some first hand knowledge from the previous user.
