Catch cans (Radium) question
Hey guys - couple questions here. I installed a (closed loop) dual catch can kit from Radium Engineering before tracking the S2K this summer. I noticed I'm still getting some heavy smoke in sharp right turns at speed and am wondering why.
The catch can that runs off the PVC is quick to fill while the 2nd can (crankcase can) has just trace amounts of fluid after a full track day. Does that seem normal?
The PVC can has both lines running under the intake manifold (per Radium's instructions) - one line goes from the PVC while the other runs back into a intake manifold port.
The crankcase can has the return line going back into my K&N intake tube.
Does the above all sound normal? Again, it's really weird (to me) that there isn't more fluid in the crankcase can and that I'm still getting smoke in the turns. Thoughts appreciated.
