Default CEL after uninstalling CAI

After uninstalling the comptech CAI. Engine threw a P0411 CEL. I've looked over the vacuum lines and installed it wrong. I've meet up with a buddy with a stock s2k and reinstalled it correctly. Now the air control solennoid is making a hissing sound.

Can someone verify what the problem? Thanks

I'm sure I connected all the vaccuum lines correctly but I will double check after I get home.
I'm betting you didn't. Go check the "How To" thread about the vacuum line thing in the FAQs at the top of this forum.
You'll know for sure once you get the code, which I'm thinking will be P0411.

I've already told you how you can help yourself:

Go check the "How To" thread about the vacuum line thing in the FAQs at the top of this forum.

While checking to see if the lines are plumbed correctly, check to see if any lines popped off and/or if any lines have been nicked.

I never ignored his help. I've looked through the DIY thread, check the lines several times, made sure the check valve is postioned correctly, and lines are corrected. Compared a buddy with an s2k and mad sure its routed like his. Same year, same everything.

The issue is the air control solenoid. It's hissing. Not sure if it's broken, malfunction since it the lines were hooked up wrong.

I want to know if I need to change out the solenoid

You have cracked one of the tube fitting nipples or one of the tubing ends is cracked badly or you've twisted the round part and broke it (it feels like it should turn, but it doesn't).
