Default Cel p0134

Hey guys,

So recently had a check engine light come on and I scanned the ECU and found it throwing the P0134 Code which reads as (O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me something I don’t know or maybe someone who’s had this code thrown before?

For reference my S is stock engine wise and I just have a catback invdia N1 exhaust

It just means that it can't "see" the sensor. Likely the sensor has just died and you'll simply need a new one. The car will run rather poorly until it's replaced. If a new sensor doesn't solve it, then start tracing wiring back to the ECU. Otherwise, swap out the sensor.

It'll be in the exhaust, in front of the catalytic converter and slightly after the exhaust manifold. This is not an expensive repair for a shop to do, but it can be difficult to impossible to get the old sensor our with hand tools. If you are unsure about the location of the sensor, or what would be involved, I'd strongly recommend that you take it to a shop of your choice. Again, this isn't an S2000-specific issue, and is relatively easy to repair. They can also diagnose the wiring and other issues if the O2 sensor doesn't solve it.
