Here is a strange thing happened.

CEL came up when I was driving back home this Saturday night. Next day I pulled up codes:

P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 - Sensor 2)
P0137 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 - Sensor 2)

I erased codes and started the engine again, after 1-2 minutes idle run the code(138) came up again, so I figured my O2 sensor probably dead. I erased the codes again and made a drive around, but the codes didn't come up... I drove it already for 30-40 miles and I don't see CEL anymore....

My question is, could it be possible that happened because of bad gas? I don;t see any other reason why would that happen... bad wiring?
I can't drive it to a dealer until CEL come up again...

What mods do you have?

Most likely the CEL will come up again.

 

No mods, after I drove it today's morning CEL came up again Finally I can bring my car to a dealer. I hope they will replace sensor under warranty...

 

what ended up happening?

my car through a P0138. I reset it and am waiting to see if it pops up again...

 

if its the o2 sensor it will pop up again. happend to me too. i ended up yanking the old sensor and installing a used one. after that never got a cel back

 

i drove for about 200 miles yesterday after clearing the code, and it hasn't come back up, so still waiting...
