I checked those dut, I tired it both ways one way definately is wrong because the car stalls. Therefore I am sure it is now correct. I still have the same CEL, I think I'm going to have to check the vacuum hoses carefully to make sure they are all in good condition. I might change them all just to be safe. If it's not the hoses...how much are secondary air pumps?

BTW I hear a high pitch whistling when I first start my car, then it goes away then it starts up again just during warm up though.

thanks for your time dut.

Oh yeah, I like your direct port NOS set up. If Vtec is like a drug, Vtec + nitrous oxide=crack cocaine. I can only imagine the rush...

that whine is the air pump which runs for 60 seconds on cold start up, its perfectly normal.

UPDATE

Okay tonight I took my car out for a short but sweet drive. I noticed driving around in part throttle and then gunning it I could hear a bit of a whistle...so I guess its a vacuum hose I just have to find which. What do you guys think?

yes sounds like a vacuum leak. try spraying all the vacuum lines where they connect with some carb cleaner. if you hear the revs drop, then that is the line that is leaking.
