if you drive the car in cold weather conditions, which you likely get in VA, I think you would benefit from a good synthetic diff fluid. Cold weather flow is critical, and there is such a small diff sump on these cars. I prefer a fluid with better cold flow than a straight SAE90. On other end I prefer a fluid that is a bit thicker than the traditional 75w90's in hot temps. Thus Amsoil 75w-110 meets my requirements perfectly. The hot temp 110 meets the old SAE90 specs so it isn't too thick.

I'm also changing all fluids this month & live in Northern VA

engine: Castrol Edge 10W30 (check out the rebate)

diff: not sure

transmission: not sure but I believe it's running OEM spec'd fluid and has a notchy 2nd gear feel if I don't double clutch

i did my coolent, and brake fluid (dot 3), and engine oil (castrol 10-30 syntec) yesterday...

Whats everyone using for coolant? I noticed I was a little low before I tucked it away

Motul 5 w30 engine

mobile1 something :S for diff

honda mtf 2 for tranny

dot3 for brakes

honda coolant

i use pennzoil platinum 10w30 from walmart, honda pcx filter, mobil 1 75w90, ate blue and gold, and honda mtf.

no honda oem diff fluid.
