Go back to Sears.
Snap on, MAC and other pro tools are for pros.

I paid around 380 after tax from the snap on guy. Best torque wrench ever. I only use it when i work on my car or on critical components on customer's cars. I have the regular dual beam torque wrenches for day to day use.
I had some problem using Snap torque wrench, I don't own one personally but I use it on aircraft engines and the darn thing keeps on resting it self. I prefer the one that just click

Good luck getting a torque wrench on an oil filter.
I do so with every oil change. It doesn't require any luck at all. Use whatever works for you. I personally don't trust "feel". If torque specs are supplied and I have a torque wrench then I'll use them
