Changing out brake fluid
My procedure is for s2k only. It does not work for all cars, but on this car my sequence/gravity will yeild the BEST brake pedal you can get hands down.
The common rule of thum is start with the farthest wheel from the master. NOT for the s2k. No matter what the book says (the book has many general inaccurate facts) use my sequence.
Bmoney....the air bubbles you saw were likely air getting past the bleeder threads. Not to worry. E-brake on does not matter either.

In both cases, the point is to get the fluid moving through the system, replacing the old fluid (which has slowly absorbed water and contaminant particles) with new, fresh fluid.
I think I'll continue using my pressure bleeder.
The reason I say this is when using the gravity method, the yellow to blue transition is more abrupt, which means the two fluids are not mixing together as much as they would under pedal pressure.
I have not tried a pressure bleeder. But I have tried having someone hold the pedal, and it rapidly mixes the two fluids.
I'd imagine a pressure bleeder would work well, and faster. But I always try to post the types of DIY stuff that is not to complicated for someone with no mechanical abilitly.
But pumping the pedal is something I never do on any car. Holding yes....

perfect. I can rest easy, Thank you so much for your help! brake petal feels like a brick just like you said!
Well maybe a slightly squishy brick, but a brick none-the-less.
