Default Channel Button

So i was drivin to school this morning and the button the left of the steering wheel that is used to switch through the channels was randomly stuck...and i cant get it to pop out....i don't want to mess with it too much..i'm afraid ill mess it up more. I use that button all the time. Has this happened to anyone before? i tried to search but i couldn't find anything. Let me know wat you guys think i should do.
