Default Chassis creaking

Are there specific lubrication points on the chassis? After approx. 30 min of driving my front end starts to creak when my car rolls over uneven pavement. I assume its coming from the chassis when it flexes. I would like to troubleshoot the problem before I bring it to Honda.

Blown damper or worn out bushing?

The creaks cannot be from chassis flexing. It's not that flimsy.

Another source of creaking is the springs. There are rubber gaskets at the top and bottom on the perches...as they wear out it allows the spring to contact the metal perch and squeak when the spring twists as it compresses/decompresses.
