Cheaper options for AP1 driveshaft bolt
Not big on any aftermarket bolts.
Except for these
Part numbers seem to designate exact oem lengths (60mm and 65mm)
Looks like a great alternative! AP1 2000-2003 only here.
2004-2009 are a larger hex drive and typically not a problem.

Nice find! IMO the only thing that makes the AP1 bolts prone to strip is the wrong tool being used. I'm convinced by the ease I had removing and installing AP1 bolts Gearwrench part number 81034 and MATCO P/N: AXYS6M are the ideal tools to remove AP1 bolts. Those two fit right in between the prop shaft and the CV joint, and the hex socket sits nice and flush with the bolt. The ratchet is 1/4" for excellent feel and has a 9" long handle to give you plenty of leverage.
I've had no issue removing and reinstalling the AP1 bolts, but a lot of cars I see end up already being mangled. These are an awesome find for those people & funny enough are what LHT has been using for awhile without telling anybody...
I'm a firm believer of servicing the prop shaft if it has to come out. The Honda OEM grease is good but not as good as the new stuff that's out, it takes all of two seconds to pull the lid, clean out the old grease and put in some fresh red tacky NLGI 2 stuff. If you do that, there's a good chance a little grease will wind up on the bolt holes of the prop shaft CV, which means when you put in the bolts they'll be nice and lubed and removing them in the future, and tightening them properly now will be easy peasy.

The LHT bolts are still socket cap bolts like OEM. I’d say the closest replacement can be found through McMaster. Should just be regular depth.
