Default Check engine light (cel) problem!

Okay,
I have a 2002 s2000 with 34k miles. Never had a problem, been driving fine. Recently about 2 weeks ago I installed a PRM intake. The car drove fine until today. When, in the morning I felt like when i started the car the rpm's were unusually lowwer and felt like it bogged a bit. However, after i pressed the accelerater a bit it was fine. I drove all day,a nd then finally during the afternoon i was kinda pushing it, so the cel light came on. I took it to autozone and found out there were 5 (FIVE) codes!

P0300
P0301
P0303
P0304
P1399

* I know they are all misfires, but isnt it unusual to get all of them all together? Is there a serious problem? Should I not drive the car? How do I proceed to fix this problem? Thanks for the help guys!

This thread might help:

BTW...if you want an answer in under an hour all you need to do is enter some of those codes or the word "misfire" in the search and press "GO". Otherwise, you should probably wait at least 24hrs before bumping a thread.

Could this be caused by a vacuum leak?
