Default Check out my Valve Retainers!

Hey guys

So today, I decided to take off my valve cover to do the valve cover gasket and also look at the retainers.
I can't really make any decisions if they are fine or cracked just by looking at the top.
So I thought I should post up some pictures for some of you more experienced people to see and decide!

Note:
-I have not over-revved the car once.
-I do not know if the car has been over-revved by the previous owners

Pictures:

Any advice or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

So out of the 16 valves, you post a picture of the tops of 6 of the valves - at least half of which you can't even get a clear look at. Even if the tops of these valves are perfect (which seems to be the case), there is still a LOT of valve surface area we can't see from these images.

Billman, can you see them well enough without removing any valvetrain components?
