The cigarette lighter outer ring seems to be loose. Is there a way to fix it without taking the glove box apart? Any easy way?

 

take out the panel behind driver side seat, then unscrew the bottom screws on the console, and youll be able to pull the console up just enough to get your hand in there.

also i recommend using some thread locker on it.
