I have a 2002 s2k with over 5000 miles on the odometer. For the past several days I hear a very faint click sound when backing out of my garage. It only happens when the car has been parked for an extended amount of time. Could this be a cv joint issue or should the sound be a distinct clunk? Oh, this also happens when I move from any parking space it is not isolated with just moving the car in reverse.

Thanks

its your parking break sticking, its normal. also, sometimes your brake pads can stick to the rotor too. don't worry about it.
