Default Clicking noise

So the other day I was driving and coming to a stop when I hear a loud clunk. I thought I just hit a pot hole or something and didn't hear anything strange after. Then I get home and park with no issues, but when I goto reverse out of my driveway it clunks three times. The shifter moved a little with each clunk. I slowly go forward in first then I hear something pop and then a card in bicycle spoke sound. It speeds up as the car moves forward in any gear and with clutch in or out, but no sound when its stopped. Also if I start slow enough in first it won't make the clicking sound, it's almost as if it needs to be at a certain speed before it pops and starts clicking. Any idea what this could be? I believe it's coming for the transmission area. Drained the diff fluid and there was no significant metal shard. Maybe a bearing in the transmission?
