Clunking noise, HELP!?

Default Clunking noise, HELP!?
Car makes a solid clunk/thump changing gears and if you dab the throttle on and of while in gear, anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?

maybe the TO bearing?? Does the sound appear to come from the tranny or the rear end??

It's not the diff I just put a new one and mounts in. It sounds from middle to rear of the car and hadn't always been there
