Default Clunking noise from right rear

Alright gentleman, I've been having trouble diagnosing this problem and was hoping you could help.

I've been getting this clunking noise from the right rear suspension for a while now. The sound only happens over bumps, and happens more frequently when it is colder (this one really confuses me). I recently swapped out my stock struts/springs for a set of coilovers and the noise stayed the same. I had the swaybar endlinks/bushings checked and was told they were fine (I was not able to look at them myself though as I did not have time to do the work myself). So my question is simple.

What the hell could be making this noise?

One of the control arm bolts is lose and the bushing is sliding/not tight. I would check the uppers.

did you have the sway bar bolts checked? could be siezed sway bar bolts. i think this is what's going on with my front passenger side.

salt and sand can drastically increase the chances of this happening. i live on the beach, hence my problem.

check the rear shock mounts also.

i don't know how big of a problem it is on the s2000 but i know with my e36 m3, a lot of people had problems with the RSMs or they proactively re-enforced them.

Sounds like it could be the sway bar endlink.. Check those bolts out.
