Default clutch

once i start rolling on 1st gear, i feel a quick grind on the gas peddle. and at idle i hear a very soft grinding noise, but when i push and hold on to the clutch the sound goes away. once i remove my foot off the clutch is sounds like somethings picking up speed again.. what is the cause of this?
my clutch doesnt slip or anything. also my deceleration buzz seem to have gotten worse.

the noise is typical of a bad throwout bearing, not sure about the grinding feeling on the accelerator as it isn't associated with the transmission parts.
