Default Clutch Buzz

Can someone explain what is clutch buzz? What does it sound like and does it "buzz" all the time or just at certain rpms or certain speed? Can it be eliminated and at what cost? I have a 2006 S2000 and I hear a noise at about 2500 rpm up until 3200 rpms that doesn't seems right. I just wonder if what I am hearing is what many call clutch buzz.

When do you get the noise; accelerating or decelerating?

The noise that I am hearing starts at about 2500 Rpms when I am just maintaining speed neither accelerating or decelerating. It stops when I accelerate even the slightest bit. Your thoughts? Mine is an 2006 with 40,000 miles on it.
