I've got an '02 S2K and I notice the grinding/rattling noise from the tranny when decelerating (service bulletin 00-054). It's always been there, and hasn't gotten louder since I bought it new back in '02. Two questions:

1. Dealer says shouldn't be a problem with the '02s, so perhaps the noise exists to some extent even with the new clutch disc and I'm just overly sensitive to it. Other '02 owners hear this as well? It's exactly as described in the bulletin, but isn't really loud...it's definitely noticeable, but not something I ever thought was worrisome (until someone mentioned it was an issue with some models).

2. Is this more than just an annoyance issue, or is the rattling effectively harmless?

1) It comes with every S2000.
2) It is just irritating.
