Clutch Failure?
***UPDATE***
SHE'S ALIVE!!!!! Hey everyone! So after some more drama, I was FINALLY able to take her out on her maiden test drive! The gears are like absolute BUTTAH!!! Oh just like she was mean to be! EXCEPT(of course there is an "except")...... for second gear, it's grinding..every shift is grinding...I want to low key cry.. lol!
So I went through and changed the transmission fluid(Honda MTF), I adjusted the clutch pedal free play, obviously, new clutch fluid has been put in and bled, I let her get warm and drove her on surface streets and freeway. Still, every time she goes into second there is grinding, sometimes it's worse than other times. It seems like RPM's dictate how bad it grinds. If I am in second and engage the clutch, take it out of second into neutral, don't put it in any other gear then re-engage the clutch and put it back in second, it doesn't grind. At this point all I can think of is how it must be the 2nd gear synchros, however from what I can find online it doesn't seem like the synchros going bad is a common issue in the AP2, that being said, I can't help but wonder if whatever happened that fateful day in July dicked up the synchros for second gear. Oh, and it's worth mentioning that the transmission fluid defiantly had copper flake in it when I drained the fluid for the MTF change.
Am I chasing the wrong dog here ladies and gents? Any input is greatly appreciated. Bonus round - During my test drive, I discovered I ruined the clock spring assembly when doing the clutch job turned the steering wheel to move the rotors, and make more room under the car... My Airbag, VSA, /!\ lights are on, and my horn isn't working...That was a couple of hundred dollar mistake...

Not to sound too sexist... but, you must compliment her whenever she treats you right. It's just the way these things work.
