When you pressed on the clutch pedal did the slave push on the fork and move it forward? Seems like a real mystery to me.

Please report back if you ever do figure out what is going on.

Good luck with it.
Yes, the PP splines are tight as can be, no play or movement when pressed by hand.
My dad was under the car inspecting the slave when I pressed the pedal, I'm uncertain about this, however, he said the slave didn't sound as though it was engaging, hence why we replaced the slave. I'm going to rebuild the old slave cylinder while I'm in the middle of this project and see if that helps any. I will absolutely keep everyone posted on the outcome of this project. May be replacing the clutch for no reason, but hey, at least I'll have the AP1 fly installed and a new clutch, so it can't all be bad. So far this is still a mystery to me.

The line going into the CMC, I crossthreaded one once since theres so little room and awkward angles. Assuming if you're not seeing fluid spilling out of there its fine.

Yeah, no fluid there. I'm going to check out the old slave cylinder tonight to see if it's bad or I unnecessarily replaced it.

I recall seeing this problem with my sisters Integra many years ago. It was kind of intermittent like you say and I believe the problem was with the pressure plate. If your MC and SC are working properly then the only thing left keeping things engaged is the pressure plate. Check that the pressure plate has plenty of resistance and that it is not missing any teeth.

The pressure plate looks good, no missing teeth and isn't warped at all. I ordered a new one to install because if I put everything back together and still have the same issue I don't want to be sitting here wondering if it's the damn pressure plate. All parts should be here Saturday and am planning on putting everything back together this weekend. I'll keep everyone posted!

Gravity bleeding clutch line
Thanks for all the insight everyone, I appreciate all of you. Looking forward to getting this figured out and reporting back! The DYI Guys have amazing videos, I am using his clutch replacement how-to series for this job! I will most certainly be doing the single person's gravity bleed as well, after the recommendations from the group.

**UPDATE**
So I got the new clutch installed and it was still doing the same thing, we bled the system and I adjusted the play in the clutch master, the thing feels better than new. Still haven't gotten it off of the jack stands. Went to finish putting everything back together and when I was remounting the propeller shaft to the transmission the drive shaft doesn't turn freely.. LOL! The car isn't in gear and the e-brake is off. I thought Mabey the rear breaks were engaged somehow so I removed the caliper and it still won't turn. So it looks like my next project is to take apart the diff... Keep everyone posted.. the saga continues...

Aren't the S2000's emergency brake pads located inside of the brake rotors. Not the calipers?

E-brake use the same caliper and pads as the normal brake system.
