Default Clutch fork buzzing?

See part 4 here:

http://www.hondaoriginalparts.com/ho...block_03=19271

I saw in a youtube video this is a comon cause of the clutch buzzing. Theres some sort of rubber washer I think on each side of the metal bar which wear away giving the fork space to vibrate and hence causing the buzzing noise.

Has anyone on here ever tried replacing this part to cure a loud clutch?

Does anyone know if it can be replaced without having to remove/dismantle the gearbox?

The washers on the fork are solid steel. They are not worn, and that is not the problem.

You need to pull the transmission to replace the fork. But it will not cure clutch buzz. a new oem disc will.
