Default Clutch issues

Im not sure how to describe this issue, but here goes...

on the 1-2 shift, just as i release the clutch and maintain steady gas input, the power delivery is not steady. the car surges forward haphazardly. even though the accelerator is steady, its as though somone is flipping a toggle switch with the power. I can stop the on-and-off-power delivery by pressing the clutch or adding more gas. is this a slipping clutch? I dont notice it slipping at any other gear or situation. I doesnt happen all the time but its happened a few times to me this week.

I have a 2004 with 25k miles. all stock.

Any thoughts?

TIA

All I can think of is your letting your clutch out too quickly . It doesnt do that while your in second fully right.

CDV's are installed on 04-05 slave cylinders unless you remove them. It is the delay valve. If you time your pedal work you can get around it for the most part. I disabled mine to get rid of Honda trying to be my parent.
