Default Clutch pedal constantly getting out of adjustment

OK, So about 2 months ago my pedal started having a lot of play, so I adjusted the play using the pushrod hydraulic mechanism on top of the clutch pedal. Well now, it keeps getting more play and more play and I am running out of adjustment. I tighten the bolt very hard when I adjust it and I haven't noticed any leaks under the car. I did notice a bit of liquid on the pushrod thing but I figure its just lubrication. Also, I have noticed that the clutch is getting weak, to the point where it has let go on a hill when I didn't have the handbrake up. But then again, today I tried shiting more aggresively from 1-2 and the clutch is grabbing very well

What should I be looking for here guys? I don't do any burnouts, clutch drops, I rev match, and generally I am very careful with my shifting. Don't tell me new clutch

no, there should be no lubrication on the push rod. mine was like that and honda replaced my "master cylinder" (which is what that push rod mechanism is called) under warranty

If there is no leakage under the car, and you notice there is lube around the push rod. You might want to see if there is any indication it has been leaking into the carpet. sounds like you need a new master cylinder.

I would try bleeding the clutch first..... then go from there.

I noticed this Omni-Power Clutch master cylinder, and I think it could be a good upgrade for me. Any of you use this?
