Well i have had my 06 s2 for about 4-5 months with only 3k miles, i live in LA soo not much area to let the car loose i have never really dropped the clutch on it but i do say i push it when i drive it, it is non stop joy.

Recently when i start to engage the clutch i feel a slight bump almost a click through all gears and its just right when i start to push in the clutch never felt this before. I miss my smooth clutch.

Also it seems 3 and 4 gear arnt engaing very well when i am trying to some what power through gears i feel the gear box click in gear but the engine just revs with no power to the wheels, soo i have to push the clutch back in and try entering the gear again usually works the second time.

Thanks ahead of time im not very savvy with the clutch assembly never had a problem like this on my old hondas

 

From what you are describing, it could be a number of things. There could be air in your line or the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. If your car is still under warranty, I would recommend taking it to the dealer and let them check it out. The s2k has a close ratio 6spd tranny, you may want to work on your shifting techniques.

 

Ap2's have a CDV ( clutch delay valve ) which stops rapid ingagement of the clutch but what you are descibing is a possible problem with the master or slave cyl.
If it's still under warranty take it to the dealer
